Health Insurance In Iowa?
I live in Iowa and am the only employee for a small business, so insurance is ridiculous. Right now I'm using American Republic Health Insurance, and every few months they raise the fees even when I haven't gotten ill! I'm really sick of this, is there any decent health coverage in Iowa for small businesses?

I have found the source box to be a good resource for this type of insurance. There are a variety of ways to go about this so I suggest you research some of the companies for their offers.
Do NOT go with Principal!!! They're overpriced, exclude everything, and pain to deal with. Stick with BC/BS.
I have friends who've worked for Principal, stay away. BC/BS covered everything except for birth control. It's worth it though.

You can fight back by increasing the deductible
every time they increase the premiums. Also, for
prescription coverage and first dollar medical coverage
I suggest to supplement the high deductible health
insurance with the mysimplecard membership.
That way you have the security of knowing that you
have catastrophic coverage and first dollar coverage
at a reasonable combined rate.
